10. Guys, the end of season presentation night has been arranged for SATURDAY 9TH MAY. Try and all be there if you can. Starts around 7.30-8ish. The club are putting a buffet on. Get as many there as we can to have a good night and put some money behind the bar.

    We've been drawn at home to Chieftain in the Derbyshire Cup 2nd Round. They play in the Buxton Taverners League and won there first round game 10-0 against a side from there own league.

    Game to be played Sunday 2nd November, 10.30am kick off. Details added to the Fixtures calendar.

Given the rain thats fallen since yesterday there is a chance the pitch with be waterlogged, it does drain ok to be fair given the slope from wing to wing but if the rain doesn't stop, and the weather report says it won't, it is a possibility it'll be off. I think it'll be a call on the day to be honest though, the league usually call them off on a Thursday and once it get pasts that its usually up to the clubs and refs to call them off on the day. If it carries on i reckon Mick or Pete might check the pitch on Saturday and make a call, in which case they let us know by text/call i'm sure and we'll put details on here too.

43. Guys, if anyone can't make it this Sunday, let Mick know asap as we have a few out that we know of already. Russ is out with a knee injury, Foz may be out as he did his ankle at footy last night, Cruise may be out with his bad back and Mat is working. Hopefully everyone else who was there for the last friendly will be there again and we'll have enough. Or maybe the rain will keep on and the game will be off anyway with the way it's going.

51. Well done to Foz who has revamped the site and archived last seasons stuff. I've updated the player profiles but this is a work in progress. We will be looking to do team photo's over the next few weeks so make sure you are shaved and had a good wesh before you turn up..
